Vinification

The grapes were harvested  in optimal ripeness. The wine is made by Classic vinification method where fermentation occurs with selected yeasts and controlled temperature of 28ºC.

Aging

After the alcoholic fermentation is followed by a stage in wood, where the malolactic fermentation is induced.
