Partial destemmed the grapes goes through a short pre-fermentation maceration before fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature between 25-26 °C followed by post-fermentation maceration of 10 days.
Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels and 3 months in bottles.
This wine is best served with meat dishes. Suitable for most of Asian food, particularly meat based meals. It is advisable to open the bottle one hour before serving at a temperature of 18 º C. This wine to be a natural product, is subject to create deposit with aging. If necessary, decant before serving.
